I'm a gay personal trainer with 10+ years of experience, based in Portland's Pearl District. I lost my father at 16 and found my way through movement. After years as an EMT watching preventable health problems steal people's vitality, I became a trainer to do something about it.
I built Fox Fitness PDX for guys like me — gay men who wanted a trainer who actually understood their goals, their body, and the culture we navigate. I keep my client roster small on purpose, because this work matters too much to rush.
