Hi, I’m Milo Fox, founder of Fox Fitness PDX — a personal training service created for gay men who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
Fitness changed my life. After losing my father at 16, movement became my escape and my healing. Years later, working as an EMT, I witnessed how preventable illnesses stole people’s vitality — and I knew I wanted to do something about it.

As a gay man, I’ve experienced firsthand how fitness spaces can sometimes feel unwelcoming or disconnected from our community’s needs. That’s why I built Fox Fitness PDX: a space where gay men can train with someone who truly gets it.
