Rear Delt Vertical Row

Never have someone tell you your rear delts are underdeveloped. This vertical roof focuses on extension at the shoulder to get your belts fully activated.

You can do this from your knees, or with a standing forward hinge at the hips. Pull straight down, keeping your hands in a vertical path, focus on shoulder extension and try to pull handle apart at the bottom of the movement
