How to Film and Submit for Posture Analysis

  • 1️⃣ FRONT VIEW (5-7 seconds) • Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides • Feet hip-width apart • Look straight ahead at the camera • Just breathe normally - don't flex or pose 2️⃣ SIDE VIEW (5-7 seconds) • Turn 90 degrees to show your LEFT side • Keep arms at sides • Same relaxed, natural stance • This view shows me your spinal curves and shoulder position

    3️⃣ BACK VIEW (5-7 seconds) • Turn to show your back to the camera • Arms still at sides • Stand naturally • This reveals shoulder blade position and spine alignment

    4️⃣ OVERHEAD SQUAT (10-15 seconds) - OPTIONAL but SUPER helpful • Face the camera again • Raise both arms straight overhead (like a "Y" position) • Squat down as low as you comfortably can • Stand back up • Repeat 2-3 times slowly

    Don't worry about going super deep - I just need to see how you move!

    LIGHTING: - Film in a well-lit room - Natural daylight works great (near a window) - Face the light source (don't have it behind you) - Avoid harsh shadows

    BACKGROUND: - Stand against a plain wall if possible - Clear the area behind you (move furniture/clutter) - A simple background helps me see your outline clearly

    SPACE NEEDED: - About 6 feet of clear space - Enough room to squat and raise arms overhead
